In the case you revived a product damaged or defective please notify immediately or within a maximum of 72 hours receiving your order.That would allow you to be eligible for a paid return shipping label from us. All lashes and products may NOT be worn or altered in any way to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Sale items, which includes items sold with a promotional code or marked down in price, are final sale.
